0. General rules

Nav Bar - Put it at the top, separate from the content, so that you can assign it a Header value in Sizze. It will be fixed all the time on the page and will not scroll.
Tab Bar - Place it at the bottom, it is important that the tab bar is only on one page, (no matter what page), after you assign a value to the Tab Bar in the Sizze editor it will automatically be inserted on other pages when you start the application
Content - Place the blocks inside the main frame and use the Auto Layout value to dynamically change the height of the content in the future
